The specimen has a twinned amethyst quartz crystals on feldspar. The quartz has two special interest aspects. Firstly amethyst colour has concentrate zones, a small touch of fine amethyst colour in the points and some hints of phantom amethyst zones following the termination angles. The second point of interest is the termination planes indicate some skeletal structural habit forms. A very nice specimen over all from finds around 2017/2018. Also to be noted this is from the Brandberg NOT Gobobosebberge.
