A lovely specimen here made up of a deposit of andradite garnet onto a wedge shaped host country rock matrix. The andradite is deposited onto two sides of the matrix in good sized crystals with a lustre and a lovely orange red colour. The largest crystal measures1.2cm which is large for the locality.
