Dimensions
Lustrous, transparent rhombic crystals of cobaltoan smithsonite form a covering over a balled mass of primary ore (massive sulphides), which includes smaller, almost cubic crystals of ferroan/manganiferous smithsonite. The cobaltoan smithsonite is beautifully reflective with a pink sparkle. The rhombic habit is obvious, although all the angled edges are ever so slightly softened. This is a very good miniature specimen.
