Cobaltoan Smithsonite, Tsumeb Mine, Namibia

A small aggregate spread of Cobaltoan Smithsonite on the surface of Galena matrix. Some crystals have richer color than others. There is no crystal with a prominent stand-out presence but the spread of the colour is commanding. Typically for the locality with Cobaltoan Smithsonite crystals are rhombic with curved and slightly frosted faces.
