Datolite on Calcite (Fluorescent), Wessels Mine, Kalahari Manganese Field, Northern Cape, South Africa

This is a lovely specimen of light pink Datolite in a bubbly-like form. This is from a fine in the 1990's, at the core there is Calcite crystal, the Datolite has been deposited over. The specimen fluoresces under long wave uv light. This is a lovely specimen with no damage on the display face, contact on the underside where it came off the matrix.
