The specimen is made up of a deposit of khaki coloured gageite on a bed of rhodochrosite on matrix. The gageite is more concentrated on upper portion of the specimen. The rhodochrosite is in a rhombic form with crystals being gemmy and lustrous. Not all the rhodochrosite are perfect, some have abrasions. The largest rhombic crystals measures 0.3cm.on.
