The specimen has something of a whorl-like cluster of pyramidal crystals of hausmannite on hematite. The matrix includes andradite and oxidised iron. The hematite has numerous highly specular hexagonal pyramidal crystals. The hausmannite whorl is special and not something one would come across aeasily. The individual pyramid crystals follow a pagoda habit. Overall a very attractive specimen.
