Hydroxyapophyllite was fairly common at the Kalahari Manganese Fields, these days finding good undamaged ones is not so easy. This specimen is made up of a few high lustre cubic crystals which have intergrown with one another. The largest crystal here measures 20mm and with a lovely very high lustre. Overall in great condition, there are a couple of very minor abrasions here and there.
