The specimen is made up of rhodochrosite with some matrix attached. The display side of the specimen is with a lovely milky pink colour which is made up of interlocking rhombic crystals of rhodochrosite.The rhodochrosite is deposited edge to edge which makes for an attractive specimen. There are a couple of minor abrasions.
