The specimen is a beautifully formed plate of smoky quartz. The beauty in the specimen includes a clean cool brown grey colour presence and clean lustre. Rather special though, the intergrown crystals are all doubly terminated with the underside even more lustrous than the topside. The largest crystal at 2.7cm with the crystals beautifully proportioned width to height.
