The specimen is a thumbnail single crystal of sturmanite with twinning crystals penetrating both flat sides. The tabular crystal is hexagonal with bevelled edges tapering towards a balded edge. In proportion the main crystal is large at 1.1cm across. This is from finds in March 2005.
