This is a lovely small cabinet sized specimen of a classic combination of species. The Hematite has a high lustre and has a 'veil' of fine grained Andradite Garnet coating. The hematite is deposited onto both sides of the matrix but mostly on one side. The hematite reach up to 1.2cm and some of them doubly terminated. The specimen also stands well on its thickest point. There is remnants of a hematite crystal on each side of the matrix.
