The specimen has a rare formation of calcite. The calcite formation is built out of doubly terminated trigonal discs. The discs also have striations that follow the three trigonal termination planes on both sides of the shallow crystal discs. This is a rather rare form of calcite from the Gobobosebberge mnt.
