Shigaite on Rhodochrosite Needles On Matrix
Reference specimen
Small scalenohedron needle-like crystals of light pink and gemmy Rhodochrosite on a host matrix. These were found in 2006. This piece has lovely colour and lustre with crystals up to a few mm. There is a very small Shigaite crystal attached too.
