The specimen has a beautifully colourful spread of interconnected dioptase crystals that have occupied a cavity space in matrix. The dioptase green colour is impressive and the crystals have a jewel like brilliance. The crystals are just over 1cm with a rhombic prismatic habit. The specimen displays nicely standing on edge.
