A lovely specimen here which is made up of a fine grained quartz deposit over smithsonite and the matrix. There is a fabulous 1.1cm botryoid of smithsonite on the matrix. The smithsonite has a pale yellow colouration. The specimen display face sparkles from the quartz drusy deposit. The Skorpion Zinc Mine closed at the end of 2019.
