The specimen happens to be an open sandwich with drusy quartz over shattuckite nodules on dioptase on a matrix of etched quartz. The layers of matrix plus dioptase with little botryoids of shattuckite topped with an icy layer of sparkling drusy quartz. A very aesthetic specimen which has been in my collection for some time.
