The specimen has a deposit of small bundles of rhombic rhodochrosite in a pleudo botryoidal aggregate on a shallow matrix of hematite country rock. The rhodochrosite crystals are very small gathered in bubdles that are clearly crystalline with a light pink value and lustrous.
