The specimen has a small piece of rhodochrosite from a larger botryoidal formation. Two botryoidal mounds with a shallow botryoidal surface are very smooth and display a pseudo chatoyant reflection of light off the finely textured crystallised surface. The rhodochrosite has a milky pink colour. The breaks on the underside follow a concoidal oyster shell form.
