An older specimen here from finds in the 80;s. Two generations of rhodochrosite have been deposited onto a matrix that is manganite rich. The display face is made up of sparkling light pink to white coloured rhodochrosite in an edge to edge deposit over a thin layer of cherry red rhodochrosite. On the display face of the rhodochrosite there is remnants of a calcite.
