The specimen has sphenoidal manganite on a small piece of manganese ore body. The manganite has a vertically stacked series of thin and shallow tabular pyramidal plates culminating in four sided shallow pyramidal terminations in a metallic grey black sheen with crystals to 0.7cm. This is one of the rarer forms of manganite from the locality.
