The specimen is an elongated lamellar formation of plates of andradite garnet one above the other. The densely packed lamellar mass of crystals are made up out of small gemmy orange and orange brown crystals. There are a few crevices and recesses some of which have small clear tabular crystals of baryte. There are some contact points on the sides.
