The specimen is made up of a deposit of celestine with calcite on a host matrix that has recesses and crevices. The celestine has been deposited right thought the display face in pearly pale blue grey orthorhombic crystals which reach up to 0.5cm. The calcite which is deposited between the spaces of the celestine and tiny and clear. Overall a very well preserved specimen.
