The specimen has a pair od scalenohedral calcite twin crystals with a tiny amount of residual matrix. The magenta pink colour, shifting towards violet makes it cobaltoan calcite coated in a thin coat of grey dolomite. The twinning created a very sculptural formation. The terminations are cleaved but still a very nice presentable specimen.
