The specimen is an Ex Colin & Helga Owen collection specimen(NO:109). The specimen is made up of a deposit a few ettringite crystals deposited onto a matrix of brucite. The ettringite crystals are hexagonal prismatic crystal up to 0.7cm and doubly terminated. The matrix is a pale blue brucite.
