Ettringite on Brucite Matrix

From finds in 2004 this specimen is made up of a deposit of Ettringite on a crystalline matrix of Brucite. The Ettringite on this specimen has been deposited on both sides of the brucite matrix. The Ettringite have a very nice bright yellow colour and crystals up to a couple of mm. The Brucite matrix is crystalline with a light blue colouration which can be seen on the contact on the sides. There is a couple of minor abrasions here and there on the main display face. This specimen can be viewed from both the back and the front.
