The specimen has well formed ettringite crystals on an unusual formation of stalagmites in calcte. The ettringte has crystals that range from hexagonal bpyramidal flat discs up to stubby prismatic crystals with bipyramidal terminations. The ettringite has a rich cadmium yellow colour which s very eye catching.
